HOUSE RULES

​Prior to arrival, please share these rules with your guests:

• No smoking or vaping in the condo or on the balcony.
• Please limit noise after 8 pm and before 9 am.
• Please supervise children and keep them safe.
• Parties and gatherings not permitted.
• Unregistered guests not permitted.
• Pets and service animals allowed with prior permission only. See pet rules in our FAQ section.​
• The booking guest is repsonsible for the behavior of all guests in your group and/or anyone allowed access to the property by you or your guests.

​ARRIVAL & PARKING

• To open the Westin parking garage you will need to get your key card from the room.
• Upon arrival, you can park your car in front of the Westin and take elevator to 5th floor, room 523.
• Use your Condo Access Code (texted to you the night prior to check in) to open the room door.​​​ ​
• Once you enter the room, you'll find:

1. key cards to open the garage, and other secure amenities like pool.
2. your parking pass to display in your vehicle when parked in the garage.
3. a folidng "soccer mom" cart in the closet for moving luggage.

• ​Top Tip: I like to drive down to at least Parking Level 1 (P1) or even P2 to park. Not only are those levels less crowded, you will also have a much better chance of getting on the elevator on your first shot. (Westin elevators tend to be very busy.)​​
• Parking pass must be displayed in your car while parked in the Westin garage.

CHECKING IN

• You'll find your parking pass and key cards on the kitchen table inside the condo.
• Use the key cards to access common areas like the locker room, parking garage, pool, fitness room and laundry room.​
• Please remember to leave the 2 key cards & parking pass on the table when you depart. Westin charges a $75.00 fee for lost keys. Worried about losing your deposit? Text us a pic of the 2 keycards & parking pass when you check out so I know you've left them.

• As we indicate in our listing description, our rental is located at Westin, but it is a privately owned, privately rented condo. 
• We provide a 'soccer mom cart' for your use in moving luggage, since it is unlikely that bell services will be available to you as a guest in a privately rented condo.​
• You will find the cart folded and stored in the closet. If you use it, please do not remove it from the building and please return it, clean, to the closet after use.
