​Prior to arrival, please share these rules with your guests:

• Mountainside is a smoke-free property.  Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property.
• Mountainside parking and townhome entry may be monitored by real-time, cloud-hosted video surveillance.
• Park only in the garage and in the 2 spaces in front of the garage.
• Parking pass must be displayed if parked outside the garage.
• Please limit noise after 8 pm and before 9 am.
• Please supervise children and keep them safe.
• Parties and gatherings not permitted.
• Unregistered guests not permitted.
• Pets and service animals allowed with prior permission only. See pet rules in our FAQ section.​​
• Please do not adjust the hot tub chemicals, controls, or water level. See hot tub rules in the FAQ section.​
• Please keep garage door closed.
• Please place all rubbish in the bear safe dumpster.​
• The booking guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests in your group and/or anyone allowed access to the property by you or your guests.

​ARRIVAL & PARKING

Check-in: 4 pm

• ​Home numbers are mounted on the deck post, in front of the front door.
• Park as needed in the 2 garage spaces and the 2 exterior spaces under the porch, just in front of the garage.
• Mountainside HOA does not allow parking anywhere else on the property.
• Parking passes must be displayed on cars parked outside.
• Daytime parking is available on Lakeview Blvd and in the Canyon Lodge lot. Please read signs carefully as the Town of Mammoth restricts parking and will issue a ticket.
• Garage clearance is 7 feet.

ACCESS

---

• We use keyless, coded entry locks to make your stay easy. Your access code will operate the townhome front door and garage door.
• We will text you the door code the night before your planned arrival. If you do not receive the text, please reach out.
• Please remember to leave the parking passes when you depart. Worried about losing your deposit? Text us a pic of parking passes when you depart.
