Mountainside is a no-smoking complex. Smoking is not permitted inside our home or anywhere on Mountainside's property. This includes all types of smoking -- vapes, marijauna, tobacco, etc

Security Monitoring
We offer 24 hour on-call staff for response to fire, propane or other emergencies. For security of the exterior and safety of guests, publicly visible area are monitored by cloud-hosted cameras.

The booking guest must be 28 years of age and must be in residence for the duration of the stay. Guests may be required to show proof of age. If you have questions, please contact us directly.
