Smoke free in & out
Sonenalp at Canyon Lodge is a no-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted inside the condos, commmon spaces, balconies, or grounds. No smoking anything -- vapes, marijauna, tobacco, etc.

Security monitoring
Sonenalp offers 24 hour on-call security company and management response for fire, propane or other emergencies. For security of the building and guests, public areas monitored by cloud-hosted cameras.

Must be 28+ to book
Sonenalp requires that the booking guest must be 28 years of age and must be in residence for the duration of the stay. Guests may be required by HOA to show proof of age. If you have questions, please contact us directly.
